I always start by getting to know my couples. I love hearing about your relationships and most importantly what your priorities are for celebrating your marriage. I customize each planning experience based on how much time and attention each couple wants to give their wedding. Planning a wedding doesn’t need to take over a year or 200 hours. I’ve helped couples plan a beautiful celebration in two months while exchanging only a few calls and emails, other clients I work closely with for years while planning their wedding. I'm here for however you want to plan your day!
Planning a Wedding with Love Nest
Your wedding team will often include a venue, photographer, videographer, entertainment, catering, bartending, flowers, hair and make-up professionals, decor, custom stationary and more OR sometimes only a few of those! It all depends on how you want to celebrate. Some folks like to be more hands on than others with their planning and there is always space for couples to get as involved in the planning as they want. Whether it’s providing inspiration and making final decisions or taking over certain aspects and tasks completely.
Full planning is for the couples who want someone to manage vendor sourcing and communication from the start to end, someone to manage and track their budget and vendor payments, someone to lead rather than guide them in the wedding planning process and then execute it all when it comes time to celebrate!
With full planning clients I manage all aspects of wedding planning and design for the couple. I’ll help you figure out how you want to celebrate, then assist in finding the best venue to host your wedding and put together the team you need to make your wedding happen.

If you’re struggling to find the joy in wedding planning or putting your day together but don’t have the budget for one of my larger planning and coordination packages I offer wedding support chats, for $250+tax we can plan a call where we can talk about the aspects of your wedding you’re unsure or feeling stressed about. Each call includes a personalized follow-up email based on our call where I provide vendor recommendations, personalized timeline creation, floor plan creations, or other support based on you and your wedding planning needs.

I’m available to call or email anytime wedding planning has you feeling excited or overwhelmed, here to support you through planning decisions big or small. Having someone with a lot of experience planning and hosting big events and most importantly has your best interests at heart is invaluable to anyone planning a wedding. These couples manage most of the planning themselves with our mindful and experienced support along the way. The month before their wedding I take over communications with their vendors and my team and I are instrumentals in executing things as planned.
