My services are focused on supporting my clients during the wedding planning process and then managing all the moving pieces and details during the celebrations themselves. I offer wedding coordination with planning support and full planning packages. If you don’t have room in your budget for a bigger planning and coordination package I also offer wedding support chats with personalized tools to help you feel supported and prepared for your wedding. Supporting couples on their journey to celebrate their love with their community is my passion.

Many of the clients I work with live in different parts of Canada or abroad planning a destination wedding in the Maritimes. The furthest couple I supported with were living in Hong Kong while planning their wedding. I’m flexible to setting up calls when it works best for you and am constantly checking time zones before setting meetings.

I’ve helped more than 200 couples plan and execute their weddings as both a (very hands on) venue manager and wedding planner! Before focusing solely on weddings, I worked for a decade in hospitality. I have hands-on experience doing set-up (and tear-down), catering, bartending, and more for hundreds of events of all shapes and sizes. By no means have I seen or done it all but my experience is so vast and varied that I know I can take any idea my couples have and create a solid plan for success. I still feel like I learn something new every season, if not every wedding; meeting every challenge with a smile and unflappable professionalism and ease. 

Yes! One of the biggest tools I create for my couples and their team of vendors is a clear and thoughtful wedding weekend timeline. In addition to a master timeline, I create and share personalized timelines for other major vendors and key people involved in the day such as photographers, videographers, wedding party, immediate family and more. 

Love Nest wedding planning and coordination services start at $3200 plus tax and support calls are $250 plus tax, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a unique budget or situation.

There are so many unique ways I’ve helped people celebrate. One couple had an outdoor oceanside ceremony on a -9 degree day in February! Another had a music festival style celebration with 7 different live music acts, across two different venues. One couple got legally married ahead of their bigger celebration and officiated their own ceremony in front of their family and friends and prompted their guests to ask them their vows. Another decided that a lunchtime wedding picnic with croquet and card games instead of dancing was ideal for them. One couple had a full weekend of summer camp activities for their guests including seaglass art, a cornhold tournament, and morning yoga. An intimate midnight ceremony at a remote rural chapel followed by a kitchen party celebration at a legion. I pride myself with helping my couple figure out what type of wedding celebration feels best for them and supporting them with their plans as traditional or untraditional they may be!
